Since becoming an Airbnb Superhost Ambassador in 2021, I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds of new hosts through their journey. I've noticed a common challenge: many new hosts know they need help but aren't quite sure what questions to ask. To bridge that gap, I've compiled this comprehensive list of frequently asked questions.
The Airbnb Superhost Ambassador Program (also known as the "Ask a Superhost Program") is available exclusively to first-time hosts. Here's how it works: new hosts are paired with an Ambassador via a message thread on the Airbnb platform. This allows new hosts like you get direct, one-on-one guidance from an experienced host (like me!) who's found success on the platform. Once you start hosting guests, the program concludes and the chat automatically closes.
Important note: Inactive message threads can also close early. So, if you want to take full advantage of this free program, it's crucial to keep messaging your Ambassador. Once the message thread is closed, your eligibility for the program expires.
